Sesame seeds

Boil 1-2 teaspoon of Sesame seeds in water (one glass) and leave it to cool down. Now strain the mixture and sip it two times every day while you have menstrual pains.  This is helpful in alleviating severe pain during the cycle and in addition boosts up the blood release during menses.

Papaya

Parsley Juice and Carrot Juice
