First day – GM Diet Plan

Breakfast (8.30 – 9 o’clock) – An apple, two glasses of water

Mid Morning Mile (10:30 – 11 o’clock) – One bowl of papaya, 1-2 glasses of water

At lunch (1 – 1:30 pm) – a bowl or melon, 1-2 glasses of water

Tea time (4-4: 30 o’clock) – 1 orange or lemon or screw, one and a half glass water

In the evening (6-6.30 pm) – 1 glass of coconut water

At dinner (8.30- 9 a.m.) -1 apple, two glasses of water

Remember to eat only fruits on the first day and avoid eating bananas.

Second Day – GM Diet Plan

Breakfast (8.30 – 9 p.m.) -1 boiled potato, 1 to 2 glasses of water

Mid Morning Mile (10:30 – 11 o’clock) – 1 bowl of raw leaf cabbage, two glasses of water

At lunch (1 – 1:30 pm) – 1 tomato, 1 cucumber or cucumber, half boiled beet, 1 to 1.5 glasses of water

Tea time (4-4: 30) – Two tomatoes, 1 to 2 glasses of water

In the evening (6-6.30 pm) – 1 glass of spinach and tomato juice

In the evening (6-6: 30) – A glass of spinach tomato juice or 1 peak

At dinner (8.30 – 9 o’clock) – Mix salt or spices in boiled gourd, two glasses of water

Remember that on the third day only eat fruits or vegetables

Fourth Day – GM Diet Plan

Breakfast (8.30 – 9 o’clock) – half glass skim milk, two glasses of water

Mid Morning Mile (10:30 – 11 o’clock) – 1 banana, two glasses of water

At lunch (1 – 1:30 pm) – 1 glass skimmed milk without sugar, two glasses of water

Tea time (4-4.30 pm) -1 banana, two glasses of water

Evening time (6-6: 30) – 1 banana

At dinner (8.30 – 9 o’clock) – half glass skim milk without sugar

Remember that on the fourth day only skimmed milk and banana, without sugar

Fifth Day – GM Diet Plan

Breakfast (8.30 – 9 o’clock) – 1 bowl Brown rice, 1 to 2 glasses of water

Mid Morning Mile (10:30 – 11 o’clock) – 2 tomatoes, two glasses of water

At lunch (1 – 1:30 pm) – 1 bowl brown rice (rice) with tomato gravy, 2 glasses of water

Tea time (4-4.30 pm) – Salt cumin seeds, 2 tomatoes, 2 glasses of water

In the evening (6-6: 30) – 1 glass of lemonade

Dinner (8.30 – 9 o’clock) – Brown Rice

Remember only brown rice and tomatoes on the fifth day

Sixth Day – GM Diet Plan

Breakfast (8.30 – 9 o’clock) – 1 bowl Brown rice, 1 to 2 glasses of water

Mid Morning Mile (10:30 – 11 o’clock) – 2 tomatoes, two glasses of water

At lunch (1 – 1:30 pm) – 1 bowl brown rice (rice) with other vegetables, two glasses of water

Tea time (4-4: 30) – Cumin, salt two cucumbers, two glasses of water

In the evening (6-6: 30) – 1 glass of lemonade

Dinner (8.30 – 9 o’clock) – Boiled Beetroot, Cucumber, Carrot, Tomato, Leaf

Cabbage salad

Remember the brown rice, the tomatoes; eat vegetables except for the sixth day.

Seventh Day – GM Diet Plan

Breakfast (8.30 – 9 o’clock) – 1 bowl

Brown rice, 1 to 2 glasses of water

Mid Morning Mile (10:30 – 11 o’clock) – 2 tomatoes, two glasses of water

At lunch (1 – 1:30 pm) – 1 bowl brown rice (rice) with other vegetables, two glasses of water

Tea time (4-4: 30) – Cumin, salt two cucumbers, two glasses of water

Evening time (6-6: 30) –

1 glass scratched or any juice

At dinner (8.30 – 9 o’clock) – Eat boiled beetroot, cucumber, carrot, tomato.
