If you drink lemonade daily in empty stomach (in the morning when you get up) you can see amazing result in your weight. You can reduce weight in this way. Vegetables

Green leafy vegetables are also very effective to control weight. However, mint and curry leaves are found to be excellent in burning extra fats. But they work better if eaten raw, so eat 10-15 curry leaves or mint leaves in empty stomach for a few months to control weight naturally.
