Damaged hair may result from excessive use of hair dyes, hair bleach, hair sprays, hair creams, irons, dryers, hot rollers, hair strengtheners, etc. on hair, high exposure to sun rays, friction, unhealthy diet, stress, pollution, deficiency of vitamins in the body, etc.

White content of egg mixed with water can be directly applied on hair to treat damaged hair. It is important to note that the mixture should be applied on wet hair.

After a hair massage of around five minutes, mixture can be removed with water. In order to obtain best results, this mixture can be applied on a weekly basis.

Coconut Oil

Regular massage of coconut oil on hair can be considered as an effective remedy for the treatment of damaged hair.

Aloe vera is good for repairing damaged hair. Its humectant properties can soothe the hair shaft. It also contains enzymes, amino acids, and vitamins C and E that are good for your hair.
