If you feel that your life is not easy because you are looking fat?  Is people not showing more interest in you? Are your friends laughing at you for being fat?

So here are a few tips which you can motivate yourself for easy and quick weight loss.

Click your picture before you started your weight loss program and after that . With this You will know how much of a difference it has made. Keep reminding yourself that you want to look like a handsome hunk or cute girl. Know that Obesity is one of the biggest problems for most of the diseases.

Make a friend who is very much into exercising and who has a fit body and always speaks about weight loss. Meet all those people who are doing exercise regularly. Also keep friends who go to Salsa or Aerobic classes and join with them for these classes. See all the people who are jogging in the park every day. See how handsome and good looking they are.

Every day after exercise, you should check how many calories you have lost.  Observe your skin becoming clearer day by day because all the pours on the face get opened up everyday during exercise. Try to keep your self always happy and full of charm.

Keep reminding and motivate yourself that at your old age you still want to remain fit and fine and not a patient lying on the bed.

If you stop exercising, the extra weight you put on will itself give you this crave. You should always walk on regular basis and keep exercising.
