The prevalence of hives due to food allergens is very high. So, it is very important to maintain a track of what food is causing hives in a person. Mainly eggs, nuts, berries, milk, few fishes and chocolates are common food allergens. One should stop eating anything that causes allergies. This will helps in preventing the outbursts of hives. Eating a well-balanced diet also helps to boost up the immune system and treat hives.
